Hi I’m Jamie, A registered Osteopath born and bred in Herefordshire. My practice is all about giving you the tools and guidance to live the life you want to live. We all have passions and hobbies that we wish were a little easier or work in a profession that takes its toll on our bodies. This is where I come in, through hands-on therapy and personalised exercise guidance as well as a willing and empathetic ear. together we can get you moving and feeling better.
